Starting somewhere new is a big deal — for dogs and their people. That's why we welcome only one new dog per day, so your pup gets our full attention from the moment they walk in.

Registration Checklist
The following steps designed to onboard you as smoothly as possible
Vaccinations
We keep everyone healthy by requiring up-to-date CORE vaccines (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza), Rabies, and Bordetella. Puppies are welcome with at least 2 rounds of vaccinations or a letter from their vet.
Spay & Neuter
For the safety and comfort of all our dogs, we ask that dogs over 1 year be spayed or neutered.
Extra Support
Every dog is different, and some need a little extra care. We work with a limited number of dogs who need behavioral support through our dedicated socialization program. Not sure if your dog is ready for group daycare? Give us a call at (403) 984-9247 and we'll help you find the right fit.
Your Daily Routine
- Drop-off is between 7:00–10:00 AM
- Pick-up by 7:00 PM (after-hours care is $25 per 15 minutes)
- Please book ahead — we plan staffing around reservations
- Label your dog's belongings so nothing gets mixed up
Keeping Everyone Safe & Happy
- Keep vaccinations current (we'll remind you when they're due)
- Dogs over 1 year should be spayed or neutered
- Free Intro Day is for Calgary-area residents and dogs comfortable in group play
- Dogs who need behavioral support are welcome through our socialization program. Pricing may differ. Call us to learn more
What Your Dog's Day Looks Like
Because we welcome only one new dog a day, your pup eases into the pack instead of being thrown into the deep end. Here's the rhythm of a typical day with us.
- Morning
Pack walk. The day starts with a group walk — it burns off first-day jitters and helps your dog bond with the pack right away.
- Daytime
Supervised play. Small, structured playgroups led by our pack leaders, who read body language and step in before things get over-excited.
- Afternoon
Rest. Quiet downtime to recharge — a tired dog is a happy dog, but rest matters just as much as play.
- 3:00 – 4:00 PM
Pickup & report card. We recommend collecting first-day pups now, before the evening rush, so we can walk you through how the day went.
